Reiki I & II Classes
The Beginning of Living Your Life Peacefully and Joy-Fully With An Open Heart...
Reiki I & II introduces you as the student to the Reiki energy by a series of attunements. It is the beginning of the Reiki path of self healing and transformation and enables you to heal yourself and treat others. I teach Reiki I & II in a 2 day class providing you all the tools you will need as a Reiki practitioner. This beautiful class is a mixture of explanation and discussion and an abundance of hands-on experience so that you may practice using the Reiki energies. While practice takes place in this class, it is expected that you will set aside additional practice time when the class is over. This is a commitment to yourself and others and is necessary to gain the confidence needed to fully utilize the Reiki training you receive. To help facilitate your practice, I offer separate monthly Reiki Circles that anyone may join to expand and enhance their Reiki abilities and practice.

• The Reiki II symbols and a complete description of their uses
• The Reiki II Attunement
• Explanation of how to give a complete Reiki session with ample practice time
• How to perform Distance Healings
• Scanning & Beaming
• Reiki Hand Positions
• Practical energy work with the Reiki II Symbols
• Goal Setting to Enhance the Treatment
• Healing and releasing unwanted habits
• Reiki: The Healing Touch First & Second Degree Manual
• Certificate and Certification as a Level I & II Reiki Practitioner
CLASS TIMES:
• Class Time is From 9:00 to 5:30
• Light Healthy Snacks and Refreshments will be provided
• There will be plenty of short breaks and a lunch hour. Goodyear AZ offers many restaurants in the local area to choose from: Manuel's Mexican Food; Wildflowers Bakery; Sal's Tuscan Grill; Paradise Bakery to name a few.
